Getting Started
My standard counseling fees are:
| $105 | for individuals per | 45-minute session. |
| $140 | for individuals per | 60-minute session. |
| $175 | for couples/relationships per | 75-minute session. |
| $60 | for group members per | 90-minute session. |
I offer a limited number of reduced fee options for members of my counseling groups unable to afford my standard fee and with less access to financial resources. Please contact me to ask about current options.
Please be aware that I’m not a provider with any insurance companies and that I don’t bill insurance. I can provide receipts by request for those pursuing reimbursement for working with me as an out-of-network provider (please see my suggested questions for verifying out-of-network coverage here), or through their HSA, FSA, or HRA accounts.
At this time, I offer online/video sessions only. You must have access to a safe and confidential location and be physically located in Oregon at the time of sessions. For couples/relationships, you must be located in the same physical space at the time of sessions.
Please note that I do not provide crisis or emergency services. If you’re experiencing a mental health crisis or require emergency attention, call your county crisis line, the national crisis lifeline (988), or go to the emergency room of the hospital nearest you.
