Getting Started
My standard counseling fees are:
$125 | for individuals per | 60-minute session. |
$175 | for couples/relationships per | 75-minute session. |
$60 | for group members per | 90-minute session. |
Please be aware that I’m currently not a provider with any insurance companies and that I don’t bill insurance. I can provide receipts by request for those pursuing reimbursement for working with me as an out-of-network provider (please see my suggested questions for verifying out-of-network coverage here), or through their HSA, FSA, or HRA accounts.
At this time, I’m offering online/video sessions only. You must have access to a safe and confidential location and be physically located in Oregon at the time of sessions. For couples/relationships, you must be located in the same physical space at the time of sessions.
Please note that I do not provide crisis or emergency services. If you’re experiencing a mental health crisis or require emergency attention, call the Multnomah County Crisis Line at 503.988.4888 or go to the emergency room of the hospital nearest you.
You can book a free call with me to explore the possibility of working together through individual, relationship, or group counseling. If after clicking any of these booking links you receive a “no times are available” message, this means that I’m full and unable to accept new clients in that area of my practice at this time. In that case:
∙ For those interested in individual counseling, please check out the practitioner directories on my resources page for identifying other practitioner options, as I don’t keep a waiting list for prospective individual counseling clients.
∙ For those interested in relationship counseling, please feel free to contact me to let me know about your interest. I currently keep a small waiting list for prospective relationship counseling clients.
∙ For those interested in group counseling, please feel free to contact me to let me know about your interest. I currently keep a small waiting list for prospective group counseling clients.
Your rights to privacy and limitations to your privacy as a client are outlined in my Notice of Privacy Practices. Your rights to receive an estimate of expected charges for your care are outlined in my Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges.
